About the event
SilverBack Trails Lamplighter 20 night trail running adventure.
Starting and finishing at Goathland Village Hall you will run through the night through forests and open moorland.
Start and finish times will be dictated by the setting and rising of the sun on 20/21 June 2026. Making it a true run through the night, dusk till dawn.
Entrants will register and collect numbers etc an hour before last light , the event will begin when the Lamplighter appears and lights the lamp outside the village hall gate.
It will be up to you to be ready to go, when the Lamplighter weaves their magic it will be time for you to trot on...
You will then have 6.5 hours to get back to the hall before the sun rises sun above the horizon and the Lamplighter is back in the village.
