New Year new running challenges…

Here’s a thought for January something different in your training.

Find

somewhere you haven’t ran before for example Silton Woods near Nether Silton. But no matter where you live there will be places you have never trotted before. Give yourself a three hour slot and just run the tracks in the area. Don’t worry about pace or distance just use the time on legs. Follow the tracks wherever they lead you,up down, North, East, South or West. If you want run with a friend and choose tracks between you. You never know what you might find and you will be surprised how quick the miles rack up…
